The company ' La Banque Nationale Agricole' makes available of its shareholders and the public that his held Extraordinary general assembly on May 23rd, 2018, decided to increase the capital of the bank to carry it 160,000,000 dinars to 176,000,000 dinars, and this by incorporation of 16,000,000 dinars, to take on the reserves and the issue of 3,200,000 new shares of nominal 5 DT each one.
