SUSPENSION OF TRADING OF «SOTUVER» SHARES
At the request of the Financial Market Council (CMF), and following the publication of the notice announcing the opening of the mandatory Public Purchase Offer (OPA) for the shares of «SOTUVER», the trading of «SOTUVER» shares will be suspended during the stock exchange sessions of August 3rd and 4th, 2026 and will resume as of the session of August 5, 2026.
