Tunis Stock Exchange announces the introduction of shares of 'SAH Tunisie' on the main market of the Official List, bringing the number of listed companies to 69.The event - the first of 2014 - was celebrated at the headquarters of the Tunis Stock Exchange, in the presence of the Chairman of the Financial Market Council, officials of the Exchange, the central depository and brokerage companies.Mr. Zied AMMAR Deputy Managing Director of the company, rang the bell at 10 am to kick off negotiations on securities of SAH-Tunisie.This introduction follows the sale of 45.5% of capital - or 13,855,734 shares - at a price of 9,350 dinars per share. The sale was realized by means of a Fixed Price Offer of 754,130 shares for which applications represented 21.4 times the amount offered, a Global Placement of 5,614,973 shares and a Private Placement of 7,486,631 shares. The amount raised is 130 MD.This has attracted 9,312 new shareholders, including 76 under the Global Placement and 7 under the Private Placement.
