Dans le cadre de son programme d'appui aux sociétés cotées, la Bourse de Tunis a organisé le mercredi 2 mars 2016, un atelier portant sur les règles de préparation et de tenue des assemblées générales des actionnaires. Destiné aux sociétés de la Cote, cet atelier a également abordé les exigences d'information et les bonnes pratiques en relation avec l'appel public à l'épargne et la cotation en Bourse.Cet atelier a été animé par Me Farhat Toumi, du Cabinet d'avocats Toumi & Associés, et M. Moncef Boussannouga Zammouri, Senior Partner à KPMG Tunisie.
