After closing the first training event with the members of the Association of Chartered Accountants, the Tunis Stock Exchange initiated a new action with the Legal and Judicial Studies Center (CEJJ).To this end, a training session on the functioning of the financial market is organized, for the attention of the CEJJ judges, on Wednesday 31 January and 7/14/21 February 2018. The training sessions will focus on the regulatory framework governing stock market, stock exchange listing procedures, stock market trading, investor protection mechanisms and the taxation of stock market products.This training cycle will then be generalized to the benefit of other structures of the Ministry of Justice, in particular the judges in charge of economic and financial affairs and the other officers of the court.
