Par décision n° 24 du 05 août 2022, le Conseil du Marché Financier a fixé les conditions de l'Offre Publique d'Achat Obligatoire à laquelle a été soumise la société Kilani Holding Pharmaceuticals, visant le reste des actions composant le capital de la société Adwya.Le présent avis est établi sous la responsabilité de l'initiateur de l'offre et de la société visée chacun en ce qui le concerne.
