The Tunis Stock Exchange celebrates, today, the introduction on the main market of the Official List, the company 'Assurances Maghrebia Vie'. This introduction brings to 82 the number of listed companies.On this occasion, the Tunis Stock Exchange organized a ceremony to celebrate the start of trading of the shares 'Assurances Maghrebia Vie', in the presence of the Chairman of the Financial Market Council, the executives, the Tunis Stock Exchange, Tunisie Clearing, the Association of brokerage firms, the brokers in the stock market and the media.At 9 o'clock, Mr. Nabil ESSASSI, President of UFI Group, Habib BEN HASSINE, General Manager of the company, and the reference shareholders rang the bell, announcing the beginning of the quotation of the share on the stock exchange.The listing of the company 'Assurances Maghrebia Vie' was carried out through a Firm Price Offer of 2,340,747 shares and a Global Placement of 5,159,253 shares, that is to say 7,500,000 shares representing 30% of the share capital. The price of the share is 6.080 dinars. The operation concerned a total amount of 45.6MD.The result of the placement of shares through the Firm Price Offer has shown a demand representing 3.9 times the quantity offered, attracting 1525 new shareholders, while the Global Placement has been fully subscribed by 48 investors.Through this introduction, 'Assurances Maghrebia Vie' aims at strengthening its equity, financing its internal growth, expanding internationally and benefiting from the tax advantage.The security 'Assurances Maghrebia Vie' will be negotiated in the quotation group «11» according to the continuous mode in the 'B' compartment, under the ISIN code 'TNDKJ8O68X14' and the mnemonic 'AMV'.
