UADH SA- résultat définitif de l'offre.
A partir du vendredi 29 mai 2015, les 30 800 000 actions anciennes qui composent le capital social actuel de la société UADH SA, ainsi que les 6 153 847 actions nouvelles émises dans le cadre de l'augmentation du capital, soit un total de 36 953 847 actions de nominal un dinar chacune sont introduites au Marché Principal de la Cote de la Bourse, avec un cours de 6,500 dinars par action
