RESULTAT DE L'OPR SUR LES ACTIONS DE LA SOCIETE SOFI SICAF

En réponse à cette OPR qui porte sur 6 184 actions, deux plis ont été déposés dans les délais, par Maxula Bourse et Attijari Intermédiation comportant chacun un ordre et portant respectivement sur 1 715 actions et 100 actions.Compte tenu de ce qui précède, le nombre d'actions acquises par Maxula Bourse, intermédiaire en bourse chargé de la réalisation de cette OPR, au profit des initiateurs de l'offre s'élève à 1 815 actions.
