La Bourse informe que la vente judicaire de 1 340 000 actions UADH - Universal Auto Distributors Holding SA, programmée pour le 15 janvier 2019 et annoncée dans son bulletin officiel, à partir du 08 janvier 2019, a été suspendue et ce, en application d'un jugement en référé du tribunal de première instance de Tunis.
