Mohamed HEDI BEN AYED de 146 000 titres du capital de WIFACK INTERNATIONAL BANK, engendrant le dépassement par un groupe d'actionnaires agissant de concert du seuil de 40% dans le capital de la société, la cotation des titres WIFACK INTERNATIONAL BANK est suspendue à partir du lundi 09 janvier 2023..
