Following the non dividend distribution decision taken by the Ordinary General Assembly of 'ARAB TUNISIAN LEASE', held on 1st july 2020, the new subscribed shares (7 500 000), issued by the capital increase decided by the Extraordinary General Assembly of 25 january2019, will be assimilated to the old shares (25 000 000) and traded on the same line from 8th July 2020.

From Monday 6th july 2020, the stocks of the company « ELBENE INDUSTRIE » will be traded via Open-outcry.

Upon request of the Financial Council Market and due to the discolure of the notice of opening of Mandatory Public Purchasing Offer on the company shares « HEXABYTE », the trading of shares of « HEXABYTE » will be halted during trading sessions of 30th june 2020 and of 1st july 2020 and will resume from 2nd july 2020.

From June 29, 2020, the « BIAT » bank will be traded on the stock exchange after capital increase by allocation of free shares.

From Monday 15 june 2020, the 1 946 720 new shares subscribed will be admitted and traded on the stock exchange on the same line of quotation as the old shares to which they will be assimilated.
