The Company 'Banque Nationale Agricole - BNA' informs its shareholders and the public which its Board of directors joined together the 4/4/2018 decided to convene an Extraordinary general assembly for the purpose of taking a decision on a capital growth social of 16.000.000D to carry out by incorporation of reserves, and this by the issue of 3,200,000 new shares to allot free to the shareholders at a rate of one (1) free new share for ten (10) old actions. This increase will carry the authorized capital of the bank of 160MD to 176MD.
